6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia and select international regions. Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only. The Good Living Co is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.
Once marked as delivered, orders are considered fulfilled and we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@thegoodlivingco.com.au within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Returns are accepted on unopened, unused items only. Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened supplements, wearable products, and certain personal items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed once returned items have been inspected and approved.

🔁 Returns
We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery — but only in cases of fault, damage, or incorrect item delivery.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
This includes if you ordered the wrong item, no longer want the product, or decided it's not for you after receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email support@thegoodlivingco.com.au with your order number and a description (and photos if applicable) of the issue. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
• Opened or used supplements
• Personal use or wearable health products (e.g. nasal strips, migraine relief caps, knee sleeves)
• Items marked “Final Sale”
If your item is damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
• Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return does not meet our policy conditions, it will not be approved. We may offer store credit in select cases, but this is at our discretion.
📦 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved and refunded (if eligible).
